Project Focus

NESAP was designed with three specific inter-related activities: 

• Development and dissemination of the state position statement and policy on natural environments,

• Identification of guiding principles, indicators and strategies for implementation of the state position statement and policy, and

• Development of a self-assessment document to assist local service providers in the implementation of natural environments. 

        

•   Conducted by the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute and the Department of Family Studies.

•   Funded through the Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services-First Steps Program.

•   November 1, 2000 –  October 31, 2000.
