Method 2: State and local administrators and policy makers, university faculty, staff from professional organizations, practitioners, and families will be asked to participate in focus groups at four national conferences. Focus groups will be organized by roles to assist in determining practices and concerns specific to each population. Each focus group consists of up to 15 participants for a total of 60 participants per conference. Participants will be selected in collaboration with the professional organization hosting the conference based on conference or meeting attendance and will be held at the following national conferences:
