Kentucky Interagency Transition Council for Persons with Disabilities


The Kentucky Interagency Transition Council for Persons with Disabilities (the Council) is comprised of representatives from 21 different state agencies.  The Council has met on a quarterly basis since 1989 for the purpose of collaborating in the design, delivery, and improvement of statewide transition services for young adults (ages 14 - 21) with disabilities from school to post-school environments.  The Council's work is supported by an interagency agreement, voluntarily entered  by all 21 member agencies.  The Council membership  is as follows:
