Bioptic Driving Project Offers Opportunities to a New Population

Most individuals with visual acuity loss do not have the freedom that comes with having a driver's license and vehicle. These persons must arrange transportation to complete everyday tasks, such as going to work, grocery shopping, doctor visits or simply to see friends.
