Mail completed applications to: Trainer's Credential Coordinator, UK Human Development Institute, Training into Practice Project, 126 Mineral Industries Building, Lexington, KY 40506

A limited number of applications are reviewed each quarter and applications are scheduled for Panel Review on a first come, first serve basis.  Applications must be complete before being submitted for panel review. An original signature is required on every application submitted. Faxed applications will not be considered.

Trainer's Credential Renewal
A Trainer's Credential database is utilized to verify training requirements for renewal of child care licensure, certification and to verify STARS for KIDS NOW standards.

Level 1 credentials are non-renewable.  All other credential levels must be renewed every three years.  The Training Into Practice Project (TIPP) offers training opportunities that provide credit toward Trainer's Credential Renewal.

For additional Trainer's Credential information email Karali Stamper, Trainer's Credential Coordinator or call 859-257-1267.
