Q. How much does it cost to attend the Trainers Institute?

A. Registration fees are as follows: Pre-Institute (half-day sessions): $35
Institute (whole day, with lunch): $50 -- until April 15th when it increases to $60.

Q. How many Clock Hours will I receive at the Institute?

A. The half-day Pre-Institute will offer 3 (three) Adult Learning clock hours and the one-day Institute will offer a total of 6 (six) clock hours for the full Institute. Attend both days and receive 9 (nine) clock hours.

Q. May I register for individual sessions at the Institute?

A. Both the Pre-Institute and the Institute sessions require that you register for specific sessions. When a session is sold out, it no longer will be offered online. Please note that most of the Institute sessions repeat in the afternoon.

Q. Is there a waiting list for any sessions that may be sold out?

A. There is no waiting list for any session. If someone should cancel, the space will open back up on the online registration system.

Q. What if I need to cancel my registration?

A. If you cancel 48 hours before the session, you will receive credit for a future training; or, you may substitute someone to take your place at the Institute. Otherwise, we will be unable to refund or credit you for the registration fee.

Q. Some of the links I'm clicking on aren't working. Why?

A. If you utilize a "pop-up blocker" on your Web browser, some external links may not work (especially on the "Presenters" page) -- unless you hold down the "SHIFT" key and then click on the link.
