Q. How much does it cost to attend the Trainers Institute?

A. Pre-Institute: Early Bird Rate: $40. After May 1, 2009: $45
A. Institute: Early Bird Rate: $60. After May 1, 2009: $70

Q. How many Clock Hours will I receive at the Institute?

A. The Pre-Institute offers three hours and each of the two sessions of the Institute offers three (totaling six hours for the day). If you attend both the Pre-Institue and the Institute, you will receive nine Adult Learning Theory/Effective Training Design hours.

Q. May I use a purchase order to register?

A. We are unable to accept purchase orders as a method of payment. Please check with your accounting official to discuss other terms of payment, including personal reimbursement procedures.

Q. May I register for individual sessions at the Institute?

A. Both the Pre-Institute and the Institute sessions require that you register for specific sessions. When a session is sold out, it no longer will be offered online. Please note that each of the Institute sessions repeats in the afternoon.

Q. Is there a waiting list for any sessions that may be sold out?

A. There is no waiting list for any session. If someone should cancel, the space will open back up on the online registration system.

Q. What if I need to cancel my registration?

A. If you cancel 48 hours before the session, you will receive credit for a future training; or, you may substitute someone to take your place at the Institute. Otherwise, we will be unable to refund or credit you for the registration fee.

Q. Some of the links I'm clicking on aren't working. Why?

A. If you utilize a "pop-up blocker" on your Web browser, some external links may not work (especially on the "Presenters" page) -- unless you hold down the "SHIFT" key and then click on the link.
